Nicole, a proud Colorado native, has been dedicated to the dental and medical field for over 20 years. Her journey began at just 16 years old when she started as a hygiene assistant and receptionist. With a drive to build on her clinical knowledge, she pursued her education while gaining hands-on experience, eventually establishing a successful career in dental assisting. Throughout her training years, Nicole earned a Medical Assisting Certificate and an Associate’s degree, a Limited Scope X-ray Technological Certification, and an Associate’s in Business.

After working as an expanded duties dental assistant, surgical assistant, and medical assistant for about seven years, Nicole transitioned into lead management and consultant roles. She spent roughly five years in corporate dentistry, holding positions such as shift lead, office manager, and regional assistant consultant. During this time, Nicole honed her leadership skills while helping practices run efficiently.

In an exciting turn, Nicole and her husband founded a construction company, which she managed for five years while still working part-time as an in-home medical assistant. Once the construction business was stable and self-sufficient, Nicole returned to her true passion—dental care and patient well-being.

For the past year, Nicole has been an essential member of the team at Denver Dream Dentistry, serving as a patient and treatment coordinator. She has quickly become a vital part of the Denver Dream Dentistry management team, where she thrives on helping patients achieve their lifelong goals for whole-body health.

Outside of her professional life, Nicole is a busy mom to three sons, along with four dogs and two cats. Her family enjoys a wide range of hobbies and activities together. When she finds time to herself, Nicole loves to immerse herself in performing arts, fine arts, and music production.
