César Coelho-Oxley
VP of Operations
César Coelho-Oxley, a Brazilian native, achieved a Master’s in Business Administration from Columbia College in 2021 by displaying a committed attitude towards his personal and professional growth.
César Coelho-Oxley started as a dental office receptionist in 2020 and quickly rose to oversee the operations of two dental offices. His passion for business combined with his dedication to oral health has culminated in his success.
César Coelho-Oxley advocates tirelessly for preventive and restorative dentistry due to his belief in the significance of oral health. By managing the business operations as Dr. Baranes’ partner, he permits Dr. Baranes to concentrate on patient care.
In his free time, César Coelho-Oxley enjoys participating in various activities that bring him happiness. These activities include playing with his Corgis, playing volleyball with friends, exploring nature on hikes, learning new things, spending time with loved ones, and going on exciting adventures to new locations.
Hien Dang
Dental Hygienist
Hien moved to Denver, Colorado in 2016. She got her bachelor’s degree in dental hygiene at Forsyth School of Dental Hygiene at MCPHS University in 2015 in Boston, Massachusetts. She has been working in the dental field for 9 years as a dental assistant and dental hygienist. She is passionate about building lifelong relationships with her patients by educating them on optimal oral health that contributes to their overall systemic health. Her hope is that her patients get to enjoy their quality of life with an everlasting smile. In her free time, she likes to go hiking with friends, and traveling to see her family.
Nikki Wang
Dental Hygienist
At age 18, Nikki started working as an administrator in a small dental office. After working in a dental office, Nikki became inspired to grow her career in the dental field and became a certified Dental Assistant. In 2016, Nikki moved to Denver, Colorado and continued to work as a Dental Assistant for Le Downs Dentistry. In 2021, Nikki decided to take the next step and attended PIMA Medical Institute’s Dental Hygiene Program in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where Nikki graduated at the top of her class, including earning the prestigious “Golden Scaler” and “Judges Choice” awards. After graduation, Nikki moved back to Denver and took a hygienist position at Le Downs, now known as Denver Dreams Dentistry, where Nikki knew a powerful team could support her career.
